Welcome to the Party Time page!

Hosting a party can be daunting and stressful. My secret is, it's all about the game plan. Make any dishes you can ahead of time, so you have minimum to do on the day of and don't be afraid to buy some good store bought stuff. One time, we invited a couple friends over for Sunday brunch. Now, I'm not a morning person, so I cooked the sausage the night before. Mixed the egg casserole mixture and stored it in the fridge. All I had to do on Sunday morning was to bake everything together, which gave me plenty of time to set up the table and mimosa station. For the side items, I bought some really good croissants and pastries from our local French pastry shop. I also asked our guests to bring some fruit and extra champagne. The party was a success and everyone was relaxed, including me. I hope this page will give you some ideas, tips, and tricks. Ultimately, we all want to be a guest and have fun at our own party.

Enjoy! It's party time!  XO
