Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 cup milk of choice
Instructions
  1. Add instant coffee, sugar and hot water into a large bowl.
  2. Use an electronic hand mixer, start with low then increase to high speed. Whip for about 3 to 4 minutes or until thick, creamy and lightened in color.
  3. For cold coffee, fill two glasses with ice and add ½ cup of the milk of your choice to each glass. Top with the whipped coffee. Stir the whipped coffee into the milk. For hot, heat up milk in microwave or on stove top. Then top with the whipped coffee. Enjoy!
Notes
If you want stronger coffee, double up the coffee mixture to 2 tablespoons instant coffee, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons hot water.
