PARMESAN CROUTONS

- 1 baguette
- ¼ cup olive oil
- garlic powder
- salt
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375 ºF.
- Slice the baguette diagonally into ¼-inch-thick slices.
- Lay them on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake about 13-15 minutes until they are golden brown and crisp.
