Ingredients
  • 1 apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups coconut juice
  • 2 tablespoons agave or honey
  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Cut apple into small chunks. Don't worry about the perfection, they will get blended anyway.
  2. Slice the avocado open vertically and remove the pit.
  3. Using just the tip of the knife, slice into the avocado flesh, making sure to not pierce the skin.
  4. Scoop it out from the skin.
  5. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend them until smooth.
Notes
You can also add 2-3 ice cubes and blend them with the rest of the ingredients if you want it colder.
Other juice such as apple or orange juice would be a good substitution if you do not have coconut water. Just add less agave or none since the juice is probably sweet enough already.
