Recipe type: Pasta
Cuisine: American
Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped left over pot roast
  • 2 cups left over pot roast sauce
  • pasta of your choice (about 8 oz.)
  • fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
  1. Chop your leftover Pot Roast into small bite size pieces.
  2. Heat it up with the Pot Roast sauce in a medium pan, medium-low heat. Everything has been cooked, so all you need to do is basically heat everything together.
  3. While waiting for the meat and sauce to heat up, cook pasta of your choice until al dente, about a minute less than the package instructions.
  4. Once the pasta is ready, transfer it to the hot pot roast sauce pan. No need to drain it as you are going to transfer it right into the pot roast sauce pan.
  5. Mix everything together and let it continue to cook 1-2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley and fresh grated Parmesan cheese and dinner is ready!
