Ingredients
  • 1 lb. roasted unsalted cashews
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine minced fresh rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt and melted butter.
  3. Spread the cashews out on a sheet plan. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes until warm.
  4. Toss the warm cashews with the rosemary mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
