ROSEMARY CASHEWS

- 1 lb. roasted unsalted cashews
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine minced fresh rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt and melted butter.
- Spread the cashews out on a sheet plan. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes until warm.
- Toss the warm cashews with the rosemary mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
