Add cream, sugar and vanilla extract into a bowl. Whip until stiffed peaks. You can use an electric mixer, handheld mixer or by hands. Cover and put in the fridge.
Bake the puff pastry shells according to the package instructions. Let them cool down and gently remove the middle round piece from the middle.
Fill the bottom with some Nutella, about a tablespoon.
Pipe or spoon the whipped cream into the pastry shells.
Place a few mixed fresh berries on top.
Serve immediately or refrigerate before you are ready to eat them. Dust the top with some powder sugar before serving (optional).
