Ingredients
  • ½ pound cake, cubed
  • 2 cups of mango, cubed
  • 2 cups (1/2 quart) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • honey
  • coconut chips
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip cream with sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.
  2. To assemble the trifle, spoon a layer of the whipped cream into a glass or a large glass bowl.
  3. Add a layer of pound cake.
  4. Then fresh mango. Drizzle with some honey.
  5. Keep going to make 3 or 4 more layers, depending on the size of the glass.
  6. Finish with a few pieces of mango and crunchy sweet coconut chips. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
