FRIED QUINOA BEEF BRISKET

- 1 cup of chopped beef brisket
- 1½ cup of cooked quinoa
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chopped green onion
- chopped cilantro (for garnish)
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or Canola oil
- 1 tablespoon Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce (or light soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Pepper
- Heat up vegetable or Canola oil in a medium pan, medium heat.
- Add minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
- Add leftover chopped beef brisket, stir for 15-20 seconds. Beef brisket is already cooked so we'll just need to heat it up.
- Add cooked quinoa.
- Crack an egg into the pan and mix everything together.
- Season with Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce (or light soy sauce), sugar and some pepper.
- Add chopped green onion, mix everything together. Turn off the heat. Serve with a lime wedge and garnish with chopped cilantro.
