FRIED QUINOA BEEF BRISKET

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of chopped beef brisket
  • 1½ cup of cooked quinoa
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • chopped cilantro (for garnish)
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or Canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce (or light soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat up vegetable or Canola oil in a medium pan, medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
  3. Add leftover chopped beef brisket, stir for 15-20 seconds. Beef brisket is already cooked so we'll just need to heat it up.
  4. Add cooked quinoa.
  5. Crack an egg into the pan and mix everything together.
  6. Season with Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce (or light soy sauce), sugar and some pepper.
  7. Add chopped green onion, mix everything together. Turn off the heat. Serve with a lime wedge and garnish with chopped cilantro.
