SPICY GARLIC EDAMAME

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Agave (or sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce (or light soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese chili crisp paste
  • 1 teapoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable (or canola oil)
  • 1 bag of thawed pre-cooked edamame (16 oz.)
Instructions
  1. Make the sauce for the glaze by mixing Agave (or sugar), Chinese chili paste, Oyster Sauce and Golden Mountain Sauce (or light soy sauce) in a small bowl.
  2. Heat up vegetable (or canola oil) in a large pan, medium heat.
  3. Once the pan is hot, add minced garlic, cook for a minute.
  4. Add pre-cooked edamame. Toss them together.
  5. Add the sauce and chopped green onions. Toss and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened and edamame is heated through. That's it. Spicy Garlic Edamame is ready to be served.
