Serves: 3 scoops
Ingredients
  • 1 frozen sliced banana
  • 1 mango, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Agave (optional)
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the banana and freeze it for at least 2 hours.
  2. Peel and cut a mango into small pieces.
  3. Add frozen sliced banana, mango and Agave into a food processor. Taste your mango first, if it's sweet already you may just need 1 tablespoon of Agave.
  4. Chop everything together until you get the soft ice cream consistency.
  5. You can eat it right away but it will be pretty soft. Put it in a container and freeze it until it's solid like ice cream.
Notes
I used 2 tablespoons of Agave, you can use more or less depends on how sweet your mango is.
