In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs.
Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
Add the salt and melted butter; beat until smooth. The batter will be runny, like thin pancake batter.
Heat a crepe pan or non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately ¼ cup for each crepe.
Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Don't worry about it being perfectly round, it will still taste good either way.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is lightly brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and add grated Gruyere cheese on top. Follow by a slice of ham and more cheese.
Let it cook for a minute until other side is lightly brown.
Fold the crepe in half then fold again and you will get a Ham and Cheese Crepe in triangle shape. Serve warm with a cup of coffee, tea or juice.
Notes
You can also roll the crepes instead of folding, whichever way you prefer.
