THAI SEAFOOD SAUCE

- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 or 2 fresh Thai chili
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 2 tablespoons agave (or sugar)
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice, about 2 limes
- Throw everything in a food processor or blender for 15-20 seconds.
Use more Thai fresh chili if you like it real spicy or use less if you don't.
